Henrik Ager, CEO and Group President
Henrik Ager is educated at the Stockholm School of Economics. Henrik was previously a partner at the consulting company McKinsey where he worked for 16 years, focused on the mining industry, with strategic and operational work for both global and Swedish mining companies. During his eight years at Sandvik, Henrik has been strategy manager for the Mining business area, division manager for Sandvik Rock Tools and manager of Sandvik’s largest business area, Sandvik Mining and Rock Solutions, with approximately 17,000 employees.

Anna Tyni, CEO Copperstone Viscaria
Anna Tyni is a mechanical engineer from Luleå University of Technology. She has over 20 years of experience in various leading positions within LKAB in Kiruna, including Operations Manager and opening of Leveäniemi, Production Manager Operations (LKABs Anrikningsverk) and Production Manager Crushing/Construction at LKAB Berg & Betong and at LKAB Minerals. Prior joining Copperstone, Anna worked at BDX Företagen in Kiruna as marketing area manager and business manager for the Mining division.

Jörgen Olsson, Chairman
Jörgen Olsson has a Bachelor of Science in Business and Economics from Luleå University and has an extensive track record in building company culture, financing and profitable growth, e g as Chairman and CEO of Hoist Finance growing to 1,700 employees.

Anders Lundqvist, Sustainability Manager
Anders Lundkvist is a very experienced mining environmental specialist, and former Director of Environment and Energy at Swedish Mining association (SveMin), as well as former Environmental manager and Manager of Energy and Climate at LKAB; Sweden’s largest mining company. In these positions, Anders has had extensive experience of issues related to environmental permitting, land use issues, contract with stakeholders’ rehabilitation of mine sites, ecological compensation, energy and climate related issues. As he lives and works in Kiruna, he has great local knowledge and commitment to the community.

Glenn Nilsson, Mining Manager

Michael Mattsson, Head of Business Development
Michael Mattsson, from Haparanda, Norrbotten, holds a MSc from Stockholm School of Economics. Michael has substantial experience in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), IPO, Rights- issues and Fund management from Enskilda Securities, Blackstone (New York) and Kaupthing.

Emma Mäkitaavola, Project manager
Emma is a civil engineer from Linköpings University of Technology. She has previously worked, among other things, as a manager at Ericsson in Sweden and in China. For the past 10 years, she has worked in the mining industry, both in production, as a maintenance manager for a concentrator, and as a contractor in various roles and industries. Most recently, Emma comes from a role as business area manager for one of Norrbotten’s largest mechanics & welding companies.

Marcello Imaña, Chief Geologist
Marcello Imaña, has worked for 28 years within global exploration and development projects of copper, gold and zinc, with a strong focus on the Andean and Nordic regions. He has held leading technical roles in successful exploration teams within Lundin Mining, Inmet Mining and First Quantum Minerals and most recently as a senior technical advisor for Agnico Eagle in Sweden and Freeport MacMoran in Peru. Marcello has a degree from the Geological Engineering Program at San Marcos National University in Peru, with post graduate studies in the economic geology fields of Turku University in Finland and the Division of Geosciences and Applied Geophysics from Luleå University of Technology in Sweden.
