Whistleblowing system

Copperstone is committed to following applicable laws and living according to our guidelines and values. It is important that we can capture and act upon any signals of potential misconduct within the company and in our collaborations as early as possible.

We hope that it will always feel natural to speak directly with us, but for those who wish to remain anonymous, it should be easy to report issues.

Copperstone’s external whistleblowing channel is managed by Lantero and the law firm Dahlgren & Partners. The channel is primarily intended to address serious deviations from laws and Copperstone’s Code of Conduct. All reports will be handled, but matters that are deemed outside the scope of the system may be dealt with using alternative procedures.

Anonymous reporting

To guarantee your anonymity when reporting online, we recommend that you:

  • Use a computer outside the Copperstone Resources network. Web traffic from company servers may be traceable.
  • Copy and paste the link to the registration in your browser.

Received cases are investigated by Dahlgren & Partners. The report will be submitted to the CEO of Copperstone Resources with proposals for action or further steps.
