Whistleblowing system

At Copperstone Resources, we are dedicated to complying with applicable laws and living by our policies and values. We thus want to ensure that we are able to detect and act on signs of possible misconduct within the company as early as possible.

We hope that it always feels natural to talk to us directly, but even if someone prefers to remain anonymous, it is still possible and easy to report problems. This is why we have our external whistleblowing channel, which is a collaboration between Copperstone, Lantero and the law firm Dahlgren & Partners. The channel is mainly intended to identify serious deviations from the law, the Code of Conduct and the like. All reports are processed, but cases that are deemed to be outside the scope of the system may be handled according to other procedures.

Anonymous reporting

To guarantee your anonymity when reporting online, we recommend that you:

• Use a computer outside the Copperstone Resources network. Web traffic from company servers may be traceable.
• Copy and paste the link to the registration in your browser.

Received cases are investigated by Dahlgren & Partners. The report will be submitted to the CEO of Copperstone Resources with proposals for action or further steps.
