The Company has submitted its documentation according to industry standard. During the autumn, the Company has had constructive meetings with the relevant authorities and interested parties. Copperstone has updated the documentation with up to date information regarding letters of intent and other agreements and elaborated on the Company view of the Norra Kärr ruling, which, according to the view of the Company, is the basis for the Governments referral of the matter to the Mining Inspectorate. The Company is positive to the thorough processing of this matter from the Mining Inspectorate and Copperstone is confident that the Company in a joint effort together with the County Administration Board of Norrbotten, land owners and the Sami community can develop the Copperstone project in general and the Eva deposit specifically. “We have worked us through all the material, which is the basis for the mining concession application and specified our application where this is necessary on account of the Norra Kärr ruling. We have also consulted with relevant authorities and interested parties in the matter.
