Copperstone Resources AB Pressmeddelande Copperstone Resources: Request from the Mining Inspector on completion of application for exploitation concession for Eva K nr 1. Copperstone Resources (Copperstone or the Company) has, after consultation with the Mining Inspectorate, received a formal request for a completion of the application for exploitation concession regarding Eva K nr 1 in Arvidsjaur municipality. The request for completion stems from the decision of the Swedish Government to refer back the application to the Mining Inspectorate in June 2016. The completion shall be the Mining Inspector at hand by January 3, 2017 at the latest. It is the assessment of the Company that the request from the Mining Inspectorate to large extent is based on the ruling by the Supreme Administrative Court regarding the application for exploitation concession regarding Norra Kärr, which was applied for by another party. The Company also assesses that the request does not imply any particular new addition to the existing application, but is mainly a question of specifications and updating of the aforementioned application. Copperstone has already begun the work with the completions in order to expedite delivery to the Mining Inspectorate and assesses that the prospect for the Mining Inspectorate to repeat its recommendation to award an exploitation concession Eva K nr 1 is good when the process has had its course. “It is very positive that the Mining Inspectorate has processed the matter rapidly and the Company will, in parallel with the work on Granliden and Svartliden, execute the request” comments Copperstone CEO Per Storm.
