After the re-classification the Company has zero (0) outstanding A-shares with a voting right of ten (10) shares per share and 226 396 314 B-shares with a voting right of one (1) vote per share, implying that the number of votes has decreased by 180 900 and the total number of votes as of today’s date amounts to 226 396 314.
