How we report

Since 2021, we document our work from a sustainability perspective and at the same time set the framework for future years' sustainability work. In 2021, we also identified seven focus areas within environment, social conditions and governance.

The areas have been mapped as the most important for Copperstone to work with, where we also have the greatest opportunity to make a difference as a company. For each focus area, there are adopted sustainability goals that guide how the work is designed and the follow-up is done.

The goals are revised continuously as Copperstone’s business develops and other types of data may become relevant. Collected data and the development that takes place are reported in the sustainability report in our annual report.

Interaction with stakeholders

Copperstone’s sustainability work should be characterized by credibility, legitimacy and relevance, which is why the dialogue with our stakeholders is important. In 2021, we had a dialogue with representatives from internal and external stakeholders; employees, suppliers, board, management team, investors and the local community. The groups participated partly through surveys and partly through interviews and open consultations. In addition, we have an ongoing daily dialogue with employees, participate in trade fairs, hold regular board meetings, and arranges recurring investor days.
